The organization of Mike Walden’s acne no more book makes it very attractive to know where to begin with implementing the program into your daily routine. In my opinion, this brings me to, the biggest problem with Acne No More.
Giving an example, Mike Walden puts what is in my experience the most important part of the entire system at the very end! Acne No More book also begins on how the author personally struggled with acne. Because mine was so bad I couldn’t have cared less how terrible his acne was, yes I was just looking for a lasting solution!
Even though i really struggled getting started applying the steps into my own situation. Should it be because book is so big or I was so lazy? I couldn’t even tell. And Mike Walden goes into such detail, that it’s a little hard to go back and forth wondering what step is next.

My Favorite Part Of Acne No More – The External Skin Care Secrets
The presentation of the skin care regimen here is far better than anything I’ve ever come across! It is much better than Acne Free Severe, Proactive, Clearasil, and every some other treatment products I have applied to my acne spot. What’s more virtually everything used is either in you pantry, or a cheap and quick trip to the grocery store away.

Such as opening the pores, how to use a natural acne fighting soap, treating blackhead, the use of exfoliate, applying the acne clearing solutions which will help clear acne spots, kill the bacteria, reduce the redness and eliminate pus. The book has other exiting and helpful information. Most especially how you can make use of them morning and evening.
Mike gives recipes for 7 different natural face masks, you could alternate between them or just pick a few that work well for you.
In one of the two videos a pretty gal (Mike Walden’s girlfriend?) guides you through this entire process. It’s good to see someone go through all these steps so you can see how to apply on your own face.

Over The Counter And Prescription Medications Do More Harm Then Good
When I started this system I had pretty bad acne. I was also twenty-four years old! I couldn’t believe that I was still having such terrible breakouts and I was determined to fix it. Mike Walden explains why all the over the counter and prescription medication that I used (and you’re probably using right now) DON’T work. In fact, in many cases it makes things worse:
“These treatments are focused on the symptoms of the disease (blocked follicles, excessive production of sebum, reducing pain caused by cysts etc.) as they provide “patches” rather than addressing the root factors.”

He goes on to describe why each of the most used medications doesn’t work. Perhaps the most surprising thing that Walden taught me is that the acne bacteria is actually essential to your skin. If you completely destroy these acne bacteria it will damage your skin’s natural flexibility and make you look older.
I had been using benzoyl peroxide, first prescribed from my doctor and then in Proactiv, and it did treat the acne spots I had present, but more would always follow. The result is that my face was constantly dry and red with pimples that were dried out before they could mature. Mike Walden spends six paragraphs thoroughly explaining why benzoyl peroxide doesn’t work and his main point can be summed up in this quote:
